Hello Indie Hackers π
Here's a link of my landing page, Prepnd: https://www.prepnd.com.
Collaboration is the key for teams to achieve goalsπ€π Prepnd helps teams to align on goals by making it effortless.
Prepnd is coming from my years of experience as corporate employee.
Indie Hackers is a great community. I have been able to gather the first level of feedback.
It has helped me to revamp my entire landing page and revisit my business model.
Feel free to share your thoughts on UI/UX, copywriting etc. All feedback is more than welcome π
Thank you @FaisalHourani , @ArtemF , @GrowingSaaS for your valuable feedback.
I went back to refine the business model, you can see below the link of my landing page that I have updates :)
https://www.prepnd.com
By any change, do not hesitate to share your feedback.
@ArtemF - I have visited https://aifeedback.pro/ and I like the survey as post-action of early access. I have reused the approach :)
I might actually be a part of the potential target audience at least potentially (CTO of a startup that grew enough to start considering OKRs).
Minimalism of your landing page actually feels fine and even good (at least to a person open to indie kind of solutions).
There are however a couple of things begging for improvement IMHO:
Who are you talking to? Just mentioning one or several kinds of people (and their problems) could make the landing significantly more attractive. E.g. "For startup founders and leaders who needs to align the team on the common goals"
Point 2 of the page I failed to understand after reading several times, sorry. "Structure your check-in agenda with talking points and action items." - what does it mean and how is it connected to OKRs and team alignment?
Consider using screenshots or sketches instead of just illustrations. Unfortunately they are so common nowadays and show almost nothing
@calebsylvest helped me to understand it on my hobby project landing page. Have a look at https://aifeedback.pro The bottom of the page is all blue people illustrations just like yours and the top image is a quite rough UI sketch (like a really rough one). Which of these makes you feel like what the product is going to be like?
And good luck with your project!
Thank you so much @ArtemF for your insightful feedback. It gives another perspective, and I'm going back to the drawing board to address all the points.
I have checked https://aifeedback.pro, and you absolutely right. When using UI Sketch, it amplifies the value proposition (even more true with early access).
Just to let you know, I have subscribed to early access. I guess it worked out π
Your website is pretty lean.
Your copy should start with: "This is a major problem" to be followed with: "This is how we solve your problem."
If you are interested in growth for Prepnd, I can compose a free Growth Audit for you.

I have made sure to include your comment.
I have refined my business model and currently working on the revamp (2) based on all the valuable feedback (including yours π).
QQ - how much you charge for the review?
If you are referring to the Growth Audit, it is free but if you want to tip. Feel free to do so for some coffee. πππ
With that said, if you are interested in a Growth Audit, feel free to let me know here or at my e-mail: growthmarketgigs@gmail.com
Thank you @GrowingSaaS ! I have just dropped an email π
not sure what this is about, itβs not clear who is it for and what does it exactly do
Thank you @FaisalHourani! I have adjusted the content.
I hope it clarifies π
better but i might be completely not the target market because i have no idea about this
maybe you can explain the problem more on the homepage before getting into the how it works?
ex start by talking about how itβs currently done, and then how you do it differently
also good to show use cases for specific industries or types of teams
is this best for agencies? construction companies? how do they use it differently?
No problem @FaisalHourani even if you are not the target market.
Youβve brought up a good point: reflect the before/pain.
It leads me to update (again) my landing page. I have reused my bio from Twitter which describes it.
The use case is any companies with hybrid/remote/office based teams conducting quarterly, yearly performance reviews.
