Prize Possession (Day 639)

Today's Stoic challenge is to select a prize possession and replace it with a cheaper version.

I spent money on my productivity--large monitors, fast laptops, and gadgets may open up future opportunities.

The recently started guitar collection is probably the most expensive "prize possession" I got. Should I sell the guitars and replace them with cheaper versions? Doesn't that go against the point of having a collection?

Financially, I have started prioritizing making money to work for me, not vice versa. I made a few potentially questionable NFT purchases, too. Then I prioritize spending to make my loved ones happy. Musical instruments are my only "guilty pleasure."

Instead of replacing any instrument with a cheaper version, I would complete this challenge with two responses: start reducing my possessions overall and be very diligent about buying any new possessions.
