Product Manager

Consult with various stakeholders to understand our core value proposition and business priorities
Take full responsibility for website development, optimization and user interaction.
Lead a small team of UX Manager, Content Producer and Web Developer to establish and optimise all our public properties (including the website).
Work with the Marketing Team and establish conversion funnel andlanding pages for each of our persona
Optimise each step of the funnel to improve the conversion rates (CTR, CRO)
Develop new hypothesis and execute A/B tests to validate such hypothesis
Collaborate with Platform Product Manager to develop new features on the CodeMonk user platform for clients and talents.

Experiences we are looking for:

Understanding of website development and having worked on similar optimization projects in the past.
Proficient in google marketing studio including universal analytics
Clear evidence of data driven A/B tests execution and optimisation
You are fast moving, but also able to analyze results, present to the tea and make collaborative decisions.
Basic understanding of HTML and Technical SEO reviews and implementation.
Team lead experience and Project Manager Experience is a plus, sinceyou will be leading a small team.
Good-to-have skills and knowledge:
Proficient in Miro, Figma, Webflow and Atlassian collaboration suites
Familiar with HubSpot, Engagebay or similar CRM tools is a plus
