Product Person looking for a Coding Person

Social networks value the users' data and not their time. It's time for a change. I am looking to build a social platform on top of Twitter that values users' time for a change. The target market is people who have realized that social media manipulates into spending more time and are willing to move away.

I am Product Designer who can code but it would take a lot of time. I want to get the product to the market faster and so, I am looking for someone with web development experience (React.Js). Bonus points if you have worked with Twitter API.
