Project allocation tool.

Recently we launched our Project Allocation Tool called EmployPlan. We do need some validation and ideas on the usability though.
The tool is supposed to make the skills distribution easier. As a Project Manager, you can drag-drop your employees and allocate them to the projects. The system will show you which skills are missing, which ones are wasted, and it will help you correct your choices.
