Publishing our Validation Run Playbook

Here's my first post. I'm a huge fan of this community and many of its members.
My co-founder Jonny and I are building Validation.Run for savvy entrepreneurs like yourselves. We have developed a methodology to test business ideas using ads and comparing engagement metrics against benchmarks to derive a measure of demand. Once you confirm enough people are actually interested in your idea, it becomes about identifying the target audience. With the right insights in hand, you're able to make better decisions about how to proceed.
As you may know, "no market need" is the #1 reason startups don't make it. It's simple (but not easy) to get around this. You just need to be methodical about your testing and growth strategy.
The way we do business is changing, quicker than ever, and we want to be a part of the movement around empowering the individual. We're seeing so many lean and even solo operations where founders are making 5 to 6 figures a month. Even an extra 1k$ per month would change most people's situations. I think this is why most of us are here.
Our main offering is our Classic test campaign, a productized service utilizing our lean market research. But for the first time ever, we're publishing the full playbook of how we run these. It's some 4k words detailing the theory and methodology behind what we do. You can literally follow the steps to create your own Validation.Run test campaign. You'll have to join our mailing list to gain access but I think that's fair. Besides, we'll be sending you updates of our test campaigns and what we're learning from the meta dataset. If you want to contribute your data we'd love to add it into the mix to further our research.
Our stated goal is to run 100 of these standardized test campaigns. At that point we'll have statistical relevance. We've run 20 so far. Now we just need to get the rest while refining the methodology even more and further defining our ideal customer profile. It's an ongoing thing.
I hope many of you can learn from what we've built so far and implement these methods to help validate your ideas. And if you know people who get the value of what we do and want someone else to handle the heavy lifting, then we're here for them!
