QR contact feedback
Always frustrated with keeping business cards or fumbling around sharing contact information at networking and conference events motivated us to make a simple app to share contact information. Easily share contact information via QR or Link.
Obviously, the largest question is privacy. We will never sell/share/disperse personal contact information and would love feedback on landing page presentation to our commitment.
I think it would help to have a "How it works" that walks through how you'd use this service. I'm left to guess what it actually does, which I assume is 1. I enter my private contact info on your site, 2. it generates a link + QR code version of the link to display that info, and 3. I flash the QR code to someone who wants my contact info. Is that correct?
What's the value add? Does it track when someone follows the link? Why wouldn't I just give my email or phone number directly to someone, or encode that info in a QR code myself, bypassing a service?
Considering that there are free QR code / vCard generators out there, what's your USP?
True there are plenty of free generators out there, but none that we found offer hosted options at reasonable prices. We see subscriptions at $5-7/mo which honestly we believe the offering should be $5-7 LTD.
