Question on marketing apps?

I recently launched a product. I have some basic questions which I believe this community would have.

  • Apart from indie hackers what other platforms shall we use for marketing the app? I know product-hunt where we can launch the product. Linkedin is another place where we can target a large audience. Please recommend any good Facebook groups, Reddit groups that we can leverage, or any other indie product which is suitable.

  • Do we have a similar poll of product lists on Indie hacker as we have on product hunt?

    The best groups are those where your direct customers are. Dog owners if you have made a Tinder for dogs, hikers if you have made a hiking route planner, etc.

    Otherwise, try these subreddits:
