Quickest way to create a UI with forms

I'm creating an application that's very form-heavy. I've been using Bootstrap but I'm not a fan of the built in form validation. I'm looking for something where I can create forms super quickly, ideally with reusable components for custom inputs. What options do I have?

Typeform usually is the best and go-to tool for my market research forms as well. I think you should give it a go. + try Zapier integration with it, it becomes incredibly powerful to use!

Although is a bit expensive, I recommend tally.so

Yeah Tally is also pretty great!

Hi @stin23, I'm building BlockSurvey(https://blocksurvey.io). It is completely customizable and you can use your own custom domain as well. Give it a try.

Have a look at Tripetto studio
Pricing is a bit strange, but if you can stomach a little modest branding from them, it's free and nicely built, in some ways a Typeform clone but in some ways more flexible & promising.

The quickest way would be an online form builder.

    • Google sheets
    • Typeform

If you are building your own page I have found Material UI (https://material-ui.com/) to be flexible in form validation.
