Re-did our landing page, looking for feedback!

Hey Aaron!
Awesome work on Chatkitty!
The main feedback I have is that you really understand who you are talking to (technical decision-maker). This is super cool! It feels like you are really making the effort for knowing who is the visitor, and as a visitor, I feel you know how to talk to me.
Now, by the end of the landing page, I still have a few doubts about how it compares with other solutions (like Intercom) and what it does better than the others.
I tried to elaborate a bit more with audio messages here to convey my thoughts while discovering the landing page. You can find them here: https://www.vero.fm/page/recqjp5zBCDq6tUqw/
Hope that helps!
Thank you so much Ben for the detailed review and feedback. I listened to your recording, and there are a lot of insights there. I really appreciate it!
We don't compete with Intercom - instead, we provide developer tools for product teams building user-to-user in-app chat features. Similar to the features you see in social apps like Facebook Messenger, Snapchat, and WhatsApp, or collaboration apps like Discord and Slack.
I can definitely make our target use-cases clearer.
OK, got you now!
Hi Aaron,
Overall I think it looks awesome! I don't really see any major issues, but here are some (subjective) thoughts:
Hey Raden, Thanks! Appreciate the feedback as well.
Our product doesn't have a customer support chat widget as we provide APIs and SDKs for developers building user-to-user in-app messaging into their own apps.
I can add a gallery of products our customers have built using our API as a showcase. That might help make the product description more concrete!
Hi Aaron, great work on your landing page! I don't have much feedback other than a few small nitpicks:
Thanks for the feedback! I can make the transitions smoother and tone down the testimonial animations. I'll check out your blog post as well. :)
