Reach niche audiences only with the internet

I want to reach dental in united states, what would be the right marketing channel? I don't think typical b2c marketing like fb advertising, google ads works. These people probably don't have a linkedin account.

I used this hack with a regular account. One needs to be logged in though.

but what you will do next? You will send them personal message right? I wish there's a tool where I can do mass reachout.

I think it's important to notice, that not all niche user groups are easily reachable on the internet. Dentists are probably way harder to reach than for example programmers. So maybe dentists are easier to reach via dedicated dentist's journals (if that's a thing).

If you want to reach them online, try to find dentist communities like facebook pages they like, instagram accounts with relevant content they might follow, and so on. This will help you to either target your ads on those platforms to those communities, or maybe you could set up similar sites on with relevant content for dentists.

The best next thing to do is to go to your local dentist and simply ask her. I know this sounds awkward at first, but this will get you more insights than months of advertising a/b tests!
