    hi there,

    Here is my feedback:

    • disable the audio chat notification, ding. Its distracting and frankly annoying

    • make this element 600px wide. https://i.imgur.com/b6hLcOG.png Text this wide is hard to read.

    • the story "tag" and "collect" look quite similar things, I would style the tags differently.

    • https://i.imgur.com/CIECvuG.png 121 what? I know what you mean, but it did take some cognitive load, which is the complete opposite of what you want for the visitor.

    • I am slightly confused about the journey... there is too much happening on the page, I don't know where to go or what to click. Also, I found this confusing, what's a story? and how is this item a story - https://www.reallygoodinnovation.com/stories/what-is-open-innovation

    I am sorry if I am being harsh, but honestly I don't know exactly what you guys offer. Even though I have spent the last 10 mins browsing the site.

        Hi Robin

        no problem, happy to help.

        I was just confused as there is so much going on the homepage and membership tiers are not clear. Current plan should be simply 'Free Access' or 'Limited Access'

        The Full Access Pass should simply say 'Subscribe'

        I found the 'pass' thing slightly confusing.

        I kinda understand what you do, but I can't pinpoint and say what exactly is wrong.

        Sorry I know this is not much of a help.
