Hey Indie Hackers!
I’m thrilled to share the journey behind the relaunch of Batin Studio. This isn’t just a product announcement—it’s the story of how we redefined our approach to solve real problems for startups and founders like you.
The Problem We’re Solving
Over the past five years as a UI/UX designer, I’ve had the privilege of working with dozens of startups. One issue kept surfacing:
Startups often struggle to find reliable, fast, and scalable design and development teams that understand their unique challenges.
Whether it was building an MVP or scaling a product to thousands of users, the bottlenecks were the same:
- Freelancers lacked accountability.
- Agencies were rigid and slow.
- In-house hires were too expensive for early-stage teams.
How We Pivoted
Batin Studio started as a traditional design and development agency. But I realized that to truly serve startups, we needed to do things differently. So, we made some bold changes:
- Rebranded as a white-label product design and development team.
- Introduced flexible subscription plans that scale with your needs.
- Focused on delivering high-quality MVPs, SaaS platforms, and e-commerce solutions—fast.
- The idea was simple: startups deserve a product team that feels like an in-house extension, not an outsourced partner.
Lessons Learned Along the Way
- Startups value speed and flexibility over everything. Long onboarding times or rigid contracts just don’t cut it.
- Trust is built through clarity. Setting clear expectations and delivering consistently creates long-term partnerships.
- Community is everything. Platforms like Indie Hackers have been instrumental in shaping how I think about business and growth.
Looking Ahead
We’re excited to now offer:
- White-label product teams on-demand: Get started within 24 hours.
- Flexible subscriptions: Monthly plans that adapt to your stage of growth.
- Startup-first solutions: Whether you need an MVP or help scaling, we’ve got you covered.
But enough about us! I’d love to hear from you:
- What challenges have you faced when hiring for product design and development?
- If you’ve scaled a service-based business, what worked (or didn’t)?
Let’s learn from each other and build amazing things together.
