Rebuilt my growth audit PDF into a small browser app

Had a growth audit sitting as a PDF for a few months. Kept looking at it and thinking - nobody's going to read this properly. They'll skim it, maybe fill something in, then close it and go back to whatever felt most urgent that day.

So I rebuilt it as a small browser app instead. You answer 40 questions, it tells you where the bottleneck most likely is, and - this part felt important to include - what you probably shouldn't be working on right now.

The reason I built it at all is that I kept seeing the same pattern: people who aren't growing usually know something's off, they just can't tell what. From the inside, everything looks connected, so they work on whatever's loudest. Sometimes that's the right call. Often it's not.

Nothing groundbreaking here. No login, no account, runs in a browser. I put it on Gumroad today and I'm genuinely curious whether the page makes any sense to someone landing on it cold:

Does the value land quickly? Or does it still read like another digital product trying to be a tool?

I like that you included what people shouldn't work on.

A lot of diagnostic tools create more possibilities. The valuable ones reduce them. For founders, eliminating the wrong priorities is often more valuable than suggesting another right one.

Yeah, that was one of the main things I wanted to fix.

A lot of audits give you more ideas, which sounds useful at first, but often just makes the next step less clear. I wanted this one to narrow the list a bit and say what can probably wait.

      Thanks for noticing that.

        I'm glad it resonated.

Your reply made me think about one implication of narrowing priorities that I'd rather explain in the context of your product than as a general observation.
