Looking for some more roasting/feedback. This is a new iteration of our website based off original feedback from this great community!

Hoping to have everyone take another look to see what else we can improve. Looking to launch in 2 months.

Hey, not sure why this post is not attached to your product listing. Makes it much easier when your posts are -- to receive the good, bad, and ugly. For us following your product.

    Anyhoo :

    Here is the bad:

    Whatever your needs are

    • Too broad. Tully is mental health bot v ALL needs.
    • Any over-promise undermines your (the app's) credibility. Especially in relation to mental health preserve trust. Trust is given but once broken, at least 3:1 effort to rebuild. Key is -- do not break trust unwittingly !

    Never feel lonely again.

    • WAY over-promise.
    • Lonely is rarely the real issue. Helplessness is often the case, or no idea where to start... (I have been a self leadership coach for a while now... and in more cases.. people dont realise they can just ask.. give it a go.. ) (All this you can do with chatgpt, so distinguish yourself from that).

    Why Us

    • Page is weak. Needs to knock me off my socks. Wow me. Generic statements create a high-risk of over-promise.
    • Lacks transparency. Is this a repackaged chatgpt ? Why would I use this rather than use my chatgpt plus subscription ? Be transparent. What is the value add?
    • Alot of content on the web around mental health is absolute crap. Someone can spend sooo much time trying to get real content thru the noise. If yours is curated... and an excellent curation (e.g. de-noises the crap).. that is helpful. Perhaps you may eventually earn the 'trusted site' stamp.

UI navigation is failing basic test of fit screen on chrome browser on mac. When I click on each of menu items, I am having too scroll a bit here and there to get the whole page. Please retest the basics, click on each menu item.

    • Product Menu click, cuts off the Tully brand name...
    • Why Us, reduce size so you see the full bubble at bottom....
      etc

    Here is the good:

    • Love the bots. Love their spacing the colouring. Not too much. Not imposing. Curious, uplifting. Nice! Well done.
    • Love the brand 'Tully'. Catchy.
    • Lots of potential - For example; could have alot of interaction offerings. One example, challenge quiz on all the falsehoods on the web, in the space of mental health...
    • No ugly. So that is a good thing ! Congrats on these wins.

I already tried to implement some of your great comments. Do you mind taking another look at some of the sections you recommended trying to change.

Tried to not way overpromise but help the user understand the value along with being transparent.

Also I am not seeing that UI navigation issue on chrome on mac. do you have a screenshot or something you could share to help? Thanks so much!

cool. After reading more of your copy, I am unclear of your understanding of mental health. It would be wise to be transparent with your mental health credentials, in the Why Us.

Tully is here to listen, support, and guide you towards better mental health and wellbeing through meaningful conversations.

        Super, spot on!

Your newest Smart Friend. Supercharged by AI

Copy is good. 'Smart Friend is great. Rest OK could be tweaked a bit...

Never feel lost or hopeless again

'Never 'is an absolute. Never is typically an over-promise. Rare anyone anything can deliver on 'Never'. Sometimes, yes. Majority, yes. Never, NOPE. From a self-awareness perspective when you (aka any human) uses the word 'never' it means they have unaddressed something around the statement. There will be an assumption the person is not owning. You can test this out for yourself. It could be around the concept of this app, the launch of this app.

Instead be honest in the copy.
        Some examples:
"Are you tired of feeling a sense of dispair, or helplessness, or perhaps you have tried alot of things and nothing is quite working. ...
"Our goal is to be your buddy, your go to point to ask whatever question is on your mine. Create a space you feel safe to be yourself and ask whatever is on your mind. Be that buddy that is always there, available"

Change your life, one chat at a time.

Over-promise. You cannot guarantee the tool will change someone's life. Saying that tells me the developer really does not understand human potential. Undermines your cred big time. Plus it is outright annoying to read marketing gimmickery. You could say 'Start the journey of self-awareness... ' or 'Change one thing that deeply matters to you, using a specialised chat... '

        Maximise your potential
        Power of Tully

Tells me nothing. Generic statements are of no value, just noise.

        Features you will love

naahh.. How one earth can you or anyone know what I would love, without knowing me. Marketing guff.

        Simple Transparent Pricing

Typically if the dev uses the word transparent, it means they are not transparent. Demonstrate transparency rather than tell.

        • What is 1000 words per month. Yeeck.. who wants to count words.. when trying to get to know a platform. That will erode any feeling comfort super fast.
        • What is 5 approx conversations. A conversation is a conversation. How on earth does one have an approx conversation ?? Does that mean, midway thru the conversation where the user is say sharing feeling lost or something.. and the bot goes "no, stop there.. no more words left". That would be so absurdly bad.
        • your free tier on the model feels very stingy to me. With mental health people need time to get comfortable. Need time unconstrained. I would suggest changing to a number of days of unrestricted use so they can truelly get a sense of platform.

Get notified when we launch and get free early access.

change the font, a little -- to distinguish slightly.. This is required as it is NOT dialogue but direction to user. Perhaps a more upright thin font as it is a direction. This same font should be used for all directions throughout the website.

        Other comments:
Your copy needs reviewing on all pages to ensure
1 honesty versus over-promise (you have a strong tendency to over-promise) -- so you need to sort that out before launch because it will come thru in everything you design.
2 be real, be transparency, treat others with the deepest regard and respect. If you do this as you write your copy, your will create the feeling of an environment that feels safe
I have given you sufficient examples for you to readdress. You will need to do the self-awareness work first. Perhaps detox from all social media and external influences for a week, so you can listen to within. Twitter is the worse to keep ones focus on the external versus listening to within.
