Recruiting Platform (need beta testers)
Hello, fellow Indie Hackers.
Is anyone here struggling to hire at their company? Doesn't have to be your side hustle. Better if it is an established company not getting traditional candidates - marketing, accounting, sales, IT, etc. Won't be much help for growth hackers or digital business managers.
I created a sourcing (recruiting) platform. You approve or deny candidates in your portal based on their resume. I run an email drip campaign to see if they are interested in speaking about the position with you. Simple.
If you want to test it for a month, it's free. All I ask is for constructive feedback.
I'd bet someone here still has a "real job". If that's you, and this might help, feel free to reach out. I value this community so wanted to give it a shot here before running facebook ads.
