Recurring payments from India?

The only real "solution" I've found is to switch to manual payment, having the customers re-enter their credit card details every month. Or switch to annual billing to make it a bit easier for them.
Has anyone found a better solution? Maybe a payment provider that somehow deals with this situation elegantly?
Is anyone using UPI AutoPay for that?
Even Vercel and Digital Ocean are failing to implement it right. I pay manually for my hosting. Whenever it fails, I get an email that payment has failed and also there is link to proceed with manual payment.
