Referral link/program suggestions?

I'd caution against needing software to do referral until you know referrals are actually already helping you.
You can reward subscribers by tracking what hashtags people use on twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

You can reward based on number of posts.
You can set very simple easy to maintain or time-constrained rewards.

Examples:

1. Everyone who tweets out the twitter intent links in this week's email within 24 hours gets invited to a private Office Hours this week.
2. Free Month of Premium substack tier for anyone who posts this on LinkedIn within the next 24 hours.. Write a post for them. Make sure to include a hashtag that you're tracking and can easily track, 1 day later.
3. Create a shareable image for them to share on IG stories. Make sure they tag your name on the image. Give them a free 30 minute consultation in exchange. But they have to do it within 24 hours.

IF 0 people actually do any of the above, iterate.
If you try 10 different ways and 10 different rewards, you saved money and time by not investing in a referral program.

I only say this not to dissuade you from getting a referral program. But rather to share with you that you really need a referral program to scale already existing referrals.
