Referral system needed for service offering

Context
Sparrow helps founders scale their revenue. Hence my username. We've worked closely with startups of up to $1M in annual revenue to help them design their marketing strategy from scratch, increase their landing page conversions, teach them to think effectively about SEO and ads, etc.

What I'm looking for
Having met some fantastic folks in the startup world, I'm now opening up the opportunity to be an affiliate on Sparrow. That means if you get us a lead, you receive some $$ for it (or a % of the total sale.)

And so now, I need to know if there's a tool that I can integrate in our no-code workflow that'll make it easier for me to:

• track which affiliate is bringing which customer
• enable transparency for the affiliate so they feel involved
• pay out the affiliate in a timely manner, across various platforms like PayPal and Stripe.

And please before suggesting any tool, look at our site and think through if that tool would work for us. I know of a few, so please don't write a listicle below. Ask yourself if it make sense for a service offering business like ours, which is not a SaaS. Thank you.
