After we validate a new idea, it’s another challenge to find the perfect execution.
I had this idea for a B2B startup, quickly did some designs in Figma, and shared it with two people that fall under my target audience. I got good feedback and decided to reiterate it a few more times.
Over time, through reading articles, doing some marketing, collecting emails (https://refro.space), and getting feedback from folks within the target audience, I gained more clarity on the project and decided to do a final iteration before launching beta (soon :)).
So my question is, have you ever found yourself in this kind of scenario? For experienced founders, how do you handle iterations in the early stages of your project?

I write out a bunch of assumptions that i have about my target audience, and only iterate to further prove if assumptions or true or false, or to completely pivot the product. It helps me stay focused on not making silly changes to buttons and navigations or what have you.
Iterations / pivoting is a beautiful thing imo for startups, it shows there's still a light at the end of the tunnel.
But you have to send deadline dates, and be realistic that you might be going in a circle, constantly iterating. Making constant marketing changes, and ui changes just proves you've exhausted your methods. If your product is not getting sales solely from "what it says on the tin" then there's no market for it
Hmm, this helped me see things from a new perspective. Thanks for the insights
Np, at the end of the day though stay optimistic, people (like me lol) will tell you a hundred reasons why your business won't be successful, because the truth is the failure rate on businesses is like 99%.
But only you truly know your market and customers.
Someone once said "being a pessimist will make you right, but being an optimist will make you rich", as long as you have a customer base that talk to you and tell you the problems of their life, you'll 100% find a successful business in there, just keep trying.
On a last note, don't take every suggestion from your customers. A lot of them don't have your business' best interest in mind, they just want things for themselves. Don't spend time developing shit that doesn't help you grow, adding too much stuff to your product might make the product too complicated
Dropped you a follow, i'll keep an eye out on your launch 👀
