Remove all silent parts from a video easily

Hi. I'm making a tool that removes all silent parts from a video. A video can be a tutorial video, an online course, a product demo, an explainer, or others.

I interviewed some video content creators. they said it is hard to keep attentions. They remove all unnecessary parts from a video, and it is tedious. Do you agree with that, or disagree?
