Less than 24 hrs of my last post: Big Drop, the coins are bouncing back. Roller coaster indeed.
But if you look at the 7 day number instead of the 24 hour number, Ripple (XRP) is still down 41.31%!
Stellar (XLM), as a competitor of Ripple, is also down but only for 14.18%. Will Stellar thrive if Ripple goes down? Or will Stellar be dragged down by the Ripple lawsuit?
Interestingly, both Ripple and Stellar were founded by Jed McCaleb. Jed is also the founder of the infamous exchange Mt Gox. But he left Mt Gox (long) before it went under, and he left Ripple, too, back in 2013, and founded Stellar. Jed was NOT named in the latest SEC lawsuit against Ripple.
With crypto, my strategy is...will I ever use them in my day to day life. XRP and Stellar are so corporate and complex, I don't even want to wrap my head around it.
