Roast my idea: Create custom AI chatbots for any website

I’ve been working on an idea called ChatRat.xyz (yeah, the name isn’t great, just a working title for now). It’s a platform that lets users create custom AI chatbots and embed them on almost any website. Right now, it's implemented via a simple script tag, but in the future, it could be an npm package or an add-on for popular website builders.

The concept:

• Users can create a chatbot that understands their business and engages with visitors.
• The chatbot can pull knowledge from a website, PDFs, or custom data. (Currently supports user-uploaded PDFs and text.)
• Easy to embed with a simple script—no dev work required.
• Use cases: customer support, lead generation, or just fun interactions.

Why I think this could work:

• AI chatbots are hot right now, and many small businesses want AI without the hassle.
• No-code solutions are in demand.

Potential pitfalls:

• Market saturation—there are already a lot of chatbot builders out there.
• Getting users to trust an AI with customer interactions.
• Do people even want AI chatbots?
