Roast my Landing Page!

Hey there!

I'm working on a Customer Service AI Chatbot and want to get as much feedback as possible on my landing page.

https://resolveai.co

Please try to answer:

  1. Is messaging clear enough?
  2. Do examples and images make sense?
  3. Does the demo make sense?

Thanks!

The over the fold area has clean and nice looking typography. The only thing I don't like is the old cheese green CTA button color. I also find it odd how the two buttons visible have different on hover effects. There's no reason for that.

The screenshot of your product looks pixelated and bad quality.

The icons in the Features are don't look great.

I like that you try to give an incentive for signing up for early access, but the incentives just don't work, because you are not giving enough information. You say "lifetime discount" but you don't say how much. You also don't provide enough information about the pricing. I would find this product very interesting for my business, if the pricing would work for me. But now, there is literally zero information about the pricing, so I'm hesitant to sign up, because I'm concerned this is not for me.

I really like the fact you have the chat bot demo on your page, that is probably your best pitch in the website. I tried the chat bot and I was impressed by its answers. I do find it a bit distasteful how you use a human's picture for the chat bot, though.

I find it concerning that you are collecting a lot of information about people, their names, email addresses, company name, company size etc, yet there is not even the most basic Privacy Policy anywhere about how you are going to use that information. I had to ask your chat bot just to find out where are you based.

I also asked your chat bot whether you will sell my contact information to Chinese hackers if I signup, the chat bot said "Sorry, this is not something I can answer." which wasn't exactly reassuring.

I think this seems like an impressive product and if the pricing is right, I would probably try this.

Thank you so much for your feedback! I'm really grateful for it and I've made some notes to help me improve it.

Overall, I like how informative it is as opposed to having vague marketing wording and being heavy on the visuals. However, I think there could be a couple improvements:

Oops, posted too soon, am currently editing

Make the gif and the text in the header bigger. There is a lot of white space on the sides and between the sections, and it does not add anything to the user experience.

The how it works section is unclear, especially to non-technical audiences (unless you're trying to market to developers). For example, the first part is more simple, but it's unclear where the knowledge base would be created and stored, it's not like they cna type it up anywhere and hav ethe AI access it. So maybe that should be specified.

For the second step, you should have a link going to what a project ID exactly is.

For the third step, I would mention what exactly happens after you put the code in. Does it create a chat box customers can interact with? Or do you have to do it yourself?

I would get rid of the blue numbered emojis for the how it works section, it makes it look less professional. I would just replace them with bold text.

Speaking of roasting and AI, I'm developing an AI API for developers and people creating AI apps, so I would love if you could roast my website as well or check out my product when I launch. (website is not up yet lol)
