Nice work, I like the graphics you used there. My recommendation would be to spend time on the value proposition of the business, so you could improve the copy. The hero section is the most important bit and you need to be very specific with the claim you make.

Quick example:

Header: From hire to inspire --> Grow Your Business Without Growing Your Payroll
Subheader: The only HR system you will ever need! -> Achieve more with less by leveraging smart workforce tracking, load management analytics, and AI automation for routine tasks.

Another quick win on the design front would be to change the color of the CTA buttons. Blue button with black text does not have good contrast. You want the colors to pop off the page to drive users to click. Best of luck and let me know if you have any questions!
