I’ve built a Headline Generator app which as you can guess generates Headlines.

From my own thoughts, the design isn’t completed yet but there needs to be a WOW factor to it.

A bit inspired by it but the content is completely different. The main page will have to look the same just like every e-commerce store looks the same.
Also, I'm targeting the creators market such as bloggers, youtubers etc.

I don't know, man! That's what a copycat would say. When you lack creativity, you will make that as an excuse. I guess when the original product is so easy to replicate, stuff like this will happen. Anyway, the point I'm trying to make here is that it's good to be inspired by something, but your product/idea gotta be unique somehow!
Based on your logic, It's okay to make an exact copy of IndieHackers with the same layout, same features as long as the posts are different?
I like the concept. Does it integrate with Loomly and the other social media platforms?
The only thing you might want to consider is that given that I would write a 300+ word article to go with the headline, another 5 - 20 words is not going to be a big issue for me to write. I would normally use a free service like https://coschedule.com/headline-analyzer to optimise as clickbait. In that light, I think $9 / month is somewhat expensive.

I agree that 9$ might be a bit too much. I'm currently just getting feedback and I'll drop it down near 2$ before launching.
$2 sounds like a good price. Do you provide an API? And would it be possible to get headlines tailored to video promotion?
I am just starting this website https://indiemy.com and it would be great if there were an API where I just submitted subject of the lessons to get a full sentence that could automatically sent to Twitter and Facebook.
Currently we don't provide API. But if everything works out, I'll add more features such as API really fast.
Headlines tailored for Video promotions is a great Idea. I'll write a copy and add them soon.
