My blog, Freelance to Fortune, is a recording of my and other writer's journeys to reaching $10k a month. I'd love to hear your opinion about the design and overall feel of the blog.

My biggest question is whether users feel inclined to join my newsletter upon visiting my site, or if I should start using popup ads and an email freebie.
