Roast my websites

You asked for it:

• Menu and logo don't align
• Menu black vs page white is jarring
• I don't understand what's going on when the pictures start
• The pictures aren't the same size (I fight this on my sites too)
• I hate the pictures that grow when I hover
• Not even all the pictures grow
• Speaking of growing pictures, they overlap on each other and text
• The form at the bottom 1. doesn't really sell me 2. the button is below 3. It looks like a broken form (people like rounded corners)
• Social icons at bottom of site are not aligned

I'm on a 13" macbook pro for reference

A couple of things lacking for me:
– Is this a blog or there are really some tools I can use?
– Who runs the company? Why should I trust you?
– What jurisdiction is this for? US only? EU? International?
