I agree the red looks harsh but it's a solid page.
This is a great line. Usually I think positive spins (like we're putting health on the table) but yours is very memorable. Maybe use this section as your hero section.
Your paragraphs are short but may be punchier if you put breakpoints between each line - give more space for each line to breathe.

Have you run it through Google Lighthouse (https://developers.google.com/web/tools/lighthouse)? I think the upper part of the site (reds) is really hard to read, and probably would cause issues with people that are color blind.
