Our Pricing Page is hurting our conversion rate from email campaign to trials.
So, please roast our Pricing Page at https://www.ezcoordinator.com/pricing.
Howdy @GratefulDmitriy
I looked at your pricing page (and you past history on IH) to gain understanding on your product and challenges.
I see a few ways to improve the Pricing Page specifically, and thoughts on the SaaS site as a whole:
1. The text on the Pricing Page needs work
Look at other successful products and what they say on their pricing pages. Also, check your English grammar!

2. You need to provide 3 pricing tiers.
Currently your lowest tier is called "Pro". You can't have "Pro" as the lowest tier. Also you use the term "unlimited" a lot—which is good but you need to set a comparison tier with a "limited" offering.
Tier 1: EZ Basic
• For individual user
• Put limitations on how many transactions, prospects, documents, etc etc (limit to a number—3 or 5) that is useful but won't fully satisfy a customer that will find EZC incredibly valuable).
• Remove some of the advanced features
• $29/month
Tier 2: EZ Pro
• For individual user
• Features are "unlimited"
• Has all features available
• EZ Pro is the tier that receives the "Most Popular" flag
• $49/month
Tier 3: EZ Team
• For teams with many users
• All previous features +
• Organization level capabilities (create team, manage members, SSO, custom domain, etc etc)
• Team should be priced per user per month.
• $65/per user/month
3. Sell before the Pricing page
The most important aspect of the product is that you must cement the sale with the customer before they even view the Pricing page. If you can explain the problem and provide the solution to the extent that the visitor wants to become a customer, then the Pricing Page will simply be a logistical choice on which tier to select.
This is a good beginning, congrats! I will keep an eye out for your future posts
Hey @calebsylvest!
Thank you so much for this incredible, specific, and actionable feedback. It's thanks to wonderful humans like yourself that such communities as IH are so invaluable.
Our CTO at Brightmoat and current CEO at EZCoordinator, @bzbikepacker, will take action on all this feedback.
If you don't mind, is it okay if we reach out to you once the changes have been made for your review?
Happy to help. Yes, feel free to reach out again
