SaaS Idea Validation: Shareable Chats 💬

Hope you are all good.

I need your help in validating and feedback on my saas idea.

About a month ago I have launched a public beta. With ads etc, I get about 300 visitors daily but no users or a very small amount of people who just register wander around for a minute or two and never come back again.

So I'm not sure if my idea just sucks or if I'm marketing it wrong with bad copywriting on top of that.

Here is how it works:

❇️ User creates an account.
❇️ From the dashboard he creates a chat room with a name and a brief description.
❇️ He gets back a unique URL to this chat room that he can share with a customer.
❇️ The important bit is that the receiving end does not have to create an account to access and be involved in the conversation.

What are the benefits of this:

❇️ When you initially create chat you can attach a large-size video that would not be possible using other means like Whatsapp for example. Which can be viewed immediately by members of the chat.
❇️The end user does not have to register so this gets rid of problems of which communication platform we are using for sharing files and which one for just conversation.
❇️ You can record a video and attach it to chat just like loom but let's say that the receiving end does not want to reply to you by recording a video he can just type a message or even send a file.
❇️The registered user (owner) of the chat can download all the attachments that are sent in the chat.

When I initially just had a landing page with email gathering I got about 30 emails but again no one from this pool has actually registered.

So what do you think?
