Scaling a Start-up with someone
The most challenging part of scaling a startup is to take people along with you.
In the early days, you have to do everything. Hiring people for your startup takes away some of your jobs.
Feeling insecure about whether they will be able to do as well as you is normal in this part. Although you may feel you'll be less involved from now on, this is wrong.
You hire people to help the company do more, not to work less for you.
