Scratching my own itch - client portals with Notion.

I've been a developer for around 10 years and I've been running a design & development agency for a few years now. We use Notion for task tracking, CRM, and just about everything else.

We have been using Notion for our client portals since day one, but when we launched our subscription service it took our need for a streamlined system to another level.

With our typical agency clients we use a "client task list" that is curated for the client. It doesn't take long to manage since the tasks are pretty big and include several days of work.

Our subscription clients needed a more real-time solution where they could add tasks to and that our team was constantly updating.

Notion's doesn't support the access controls or permissions I needed to use one single-task database for all the clients. Instead, I had to create a separate database for each client, which makes management really difficult.

Recently, I decided to solve this problem and I've started building a tool that will use notion pages & databases and give you the access controls & permissions to create client portals with limited access!

If you've ran into this issue, I'd love to hear from you!
