Shipped two features this week. Coaches can now search their session transcripts — pull up a client, get the full recording text, search for "action items" or "homework", yellow highlights show matches. Second feature: message coaches directly inside the dashboard. See unread counts per client, one-click thread view, optimistic send. Both came from asking real coaches what they needed next.
Numbers: 21 coaches in the system. 15 in trial. 3 complete sessions recorded. Zero jobs failing, API is stable, audits stay at 100% across UX and code quality — the autonomous audit system is working. But here's the honest part: nobody's converting from trial to paid. Not yet anyway. I'm running a trial myself (testing as a real user), and the others who expired just... didn't come back. That's the problem I need to solve. Features ship, adoption doesn't.
What's next: stop building for two weeks and figure out why coaches see the platform and don't stick. Talk to the ones who left. Read the analytics. The technical part works. The product part is what's broken. Already outlined a trial-to-paid email sequence — when they hit day 7, day 14, day 21 before expiry. But copy and timing matter more than the code.
Question for the IH folks here: if you're selling B2B SaaS to solo practitioners (coaches, consultants, therapists), what actually made someone convert from trial to paid? Was it the product working, or something else?
