Regarding this topic, I think the growth of remote work will help to distribute wealth more equitably. There are talented marketers, engineers, operators, etc all around the world. Countries with lower costs of living will start to see higher wages and countries with higher costs of living will see lower wages as their citizens are forced to compete with amazing global talent.
