Seeking a full stack developer co-founder in Southern CA for early-stage startup
Led by a founder in Marketing / Business Development, we have been bootstrapping a sharing economy app over the past two years. Our mobile application is in beta and we are now seeking an experienced mobile developer with strong business IQ to bring our product to market. Compensation will be made in the form of equity on a 2 year, semi-annual vesting schedule with an opportunity for a stipend.
Responsibilities will include:
- Validating and monitoring payments via our integrated Stripe API
- Implementing user behavior tracking and analytics
- Optimizing application performance
- Troubleshooting and deployment
- 12 - 15 hrs/week
Necessary qualifications: - Experience shipping production level code
- Experience developing mobile applications (front and backend)
Preferred qualifications:
- M.S. in Computer Science
- Experience with Flutter/Dart
- Experience with firebase
- Experience with SEO
- Experience working with start-ups

Does this project have paying users currently?
App is pretty much entirely built. The past year gave us a lot of time to build out additional features way beyond an MVP. That being said we’re not launching until after COVID is over. This app is not exactly ideal for a germaphobic population since it involves meeting people in your neighborhood. Aiming for July/august launch.
