Seeking feedback for my idea

I'm about to build a simple highlighter to help you annotate websites, and then you can choose to save them as images, GIFs, or notes. Moreover, you're able to check the details of website names and URLs when hovering over the content.

Why the highlighter?

• My team and I created a screenshot app a few days ago that allows users to capture a screenshot first, then save and annotate it.

• Eventually, I discovered that occasionally individuals would rather annotate something first before deciding whether or not to save it as a picture, as opposed to being forced to take a screenshot first. I thus opted to let my users make that decision. Give them time to annotate before letting them decide whether or not to take a screenshot.
