Seeking: Passionate about HR
I'm looking for someone passionate about human resources to help operate a paid community that I'm organizing. I have 1,100+ people on a waitlist and I'm starting to let members in. I just have no experience at all in HR and can't really be the face of the community.

Hi Rob. I believe LinkedIn would be your best shot here.
Also try to partner with HR people from global companies renowed for talent development such as Mars Incorporated, Pepsico and Bayer. There is an annual compendium with the top talent development companies.
These companies not only make great hirings but they develop talents to the best (careful with startups since they can hired good but don't necessarily develop people).
Consider companies that use Gallup (https://www.gallup.com/home.aspx) as main tool to ensure employee engagement is high.
