Hey IndieHackers!
I’m on the hunt for a talented technical partner to help bring AdNauseum to life—a satirical website that hilariously skewers the ad industry by applying the pretentious, hyper-detailed style of Pitchfork reviews to ads and branded content. Imagine long-winded, overly critical reviews with arbitrary ratings on everything from Kars4Kids jingles to the Old Spice “Man Your Man Could Smell Like” campaign, delivered as if they were high art. This project is engineered to go viral, riding on humor, cultural critique, and nostalgia for over-the-top analysis.
I need a technical cofounder who can build the backbone of AdNauseum, including:
• AI-Powered Review Generation: Integrate with GPT-4 (or similar) to generate satirical, Pitchfork-style reviews based on user-uploaded ads or linked videos.
• Web Development: Build a website with a clean, Pitchfork-inspired layout, allowing for user submissions, social sharing, and potentially community voting or feedback.
• Scalability: Ensure the site can handle viral traffic and high user engagement if it catches on.
I bring a strong background in advertising, marketing, and brand-building, with experience launching digital projects and crafting brand voices that resonate. I’ll be handling everything on the branding, marketing, and content side, while you’ll focus on the tech. I’ve already designed a logo, written a humorous manifesto, and generated 10 hilarious long form “pitchfork” reviews for different famous ads queued up for the site.
If you’re a developer with a knack for humor, experience in web dev and AI integrations, and the drive to help create something with real viral potential, I’d love to connect. Let’s chat about building something memorable and fun with AdNauseum.
