SEO and Feature Thoughts

After yesterday's release I spent time on fixing SEO fundamentals. There is no point polishing a landing page if search engines barely know the site exists. I added proper meta tags, titles, descriptions, a real XML sitemap, and fixed a few headers so Google can finally crawl Timesheeter the way it should. Small changes, but they matter if I want organic traffic to eventually mean something.

I’m also exploring a new way to record time. Timesheeter works best when you track your day as it happens, but if you forget, reconstructing everything with start and end times feels slow. I’m thinking of adding a quick mode where you just enter the elapsed time for each task, and maybe pull suggestions from calendar events. This could make late time entry much faster, and maybe even enjoyable.
