SEO: How to Outrank Github Repo?

Kyle, here is my feedback.

1. There is only instance of "Node JS SAAS boilerplate" on the page. Try improving the instances of this keyword on your landing page 2-3 times in a way that looks natural.

2. Title tag change is suggested. Your current title tag is

Gravity - SaaS Boilerplate Template for Node.js & React.js React Native

I would bring the keywords further forward in the tag

SaaS Boilerplate Template for Node.js & React.js & React Native | Gravity

3. Github definitely has an edge due to its high authority and because of its popularity. I would say that continue with your efforts to outrank Github but at the same time, would it be possible for you to also build a similar such page on Github as others have or would it defeat the purpose of your site?

If the latter isn't true, you should actually try working on Github too and get your Github page ranked above those that are already there.

4. Your domain authority is low given the site doesn't have backlinks which in turn impacts the site reputation for Google. So try building at least 3-4 high quality backlinks every month through blogger outreach/interviews, etc.

5. Cover a lot more on the topic at hand on your blog. If you have 5-10 articles on the subject, Google will gradually start seeing you as a specialist in the subject.

For starters, I would work on points 1, 2, 4 followed by 5 and 3. I hope that helps you.
