Will it damage the ranking and SEO if I'll move it to Webflow?

The things that will change your SEO visibility:
If any URLs change you need to implement 301 redirects. An improvement in speed & mobile performance can actually help your rankings. The most important thing is to not make any drastic content changes at the same time as the migration.
On top of what @gilgildner mentioned, SEO is also affected by your HTML structure. When you start migrating from WordPress to WebFlow don't just migrate the content, try to migrate the HTML as much as possible as well. Even better, maybe you can improve it !
