Sharing a Decade of Experience in SaaS

I spent eight years from 2008 to 2016 building and running an application as a sole founder. I spent another three working on a team and helping to grow another SaaS app. Then I wrote down everything I learned and put it online for free.

It's explicitly written to be informative rather than instructive/prescriptive. My journey was mine alone, but I've tried to distill my experiences in ways that others can apply to their own situations.

Lately, I've had quite a few folks reach out and express gratitude about the role it played helping them get started. It's been a while, and it seems to have fallen off the radar, so I wanted to share it in case it could help others.
