Shipped Creator Copilot this week — a live workbench for YouTube creators
Week 2 of my sprint before a Product Hunt launch on Aug 12. Still solo, still bootstrapped.
Biggest ship: meteorra.ai/studio
I kept seeing the same creator mistake — publish first, check analytics later, realise the title was weak. By then you've already lost the first 48 hours of distribution.
So I built a workspace where creators prepare before they publish, not after.
What's inside:
Live scoring as you edit — paste your title, description and tags, scores update in real time. Title Strength (46%), Description Alignment (36%), Topic Consistency (18%).
Thumbnail check — upload your thumbnail, get CTR potential and mobile visibility score before it goes live.
Transcript alignment — paste your script and it flags if your title or description promises something your video doesn't actually deliver.
Publish Readiness signal — traffic light that goes green when all signals check out. You leave knowing you're ready, not hoping.
Stack: Next.js, Neon, Vercel, GPT-4o-mini.
Would love feedback from anyone building creator tools or who makes video content — what's missing, what would make this part of your pre-publish routine?
