Shopify App store same day install and uninstall problem?

I've developed a Shopify App for social proof and urgency.

Some users just install and uninstall, install and uninstall again within a short time (few minutes to few hours). I don't know which part introduces this friction.

When I email them to follow up, these users just ignore it. Maybe they are feeling disconnected from my App.

How can I fix the problem?
