Should I build a prototyping toolkit for hobbyist developers?

A problem I've regularly faced as a hobbyist developer is hitting a wall early in my prototyping process (e.g. setting up accounts and integrations for simple things like email, sms, deferred jobs, etc). I've found this slows me down and oftentimes derails me off the project altogether. The upfront effort is just too high.

I started Snoozable.io to start solving the above. Snoozable will only offer scheduled tasks at first, but I'd love to know:

• Do you have this struggle?
• Should I build a toolkit with common prototyping capabilities (non five-9s of reliability)?
