I recently got laid off from my role, and I'm now trying to start my own SEO agency, leveraging my 10+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing. While I'm very technical, I don't have a sales background (if that makes sense).
I'm aware that there are numerous agencies out there, but I can offer a highly detailed, targeted approach to improve your keyword rankings or create content that drives quick wins.
However, I'm unsure if people will be willing to pay for such a service.
Over the Christmas period, I quickly created a website, and in the last 28 days, I've received 51 clicks and nearly 10,000 impressions from a new domain name.
I'm currently building out specific content based on SEO/competitive analysis, backlinks, answer engine optimization, and more.
But at the back of my head, I feel like people aren't willing to pay for a service like this, even if my first approach right now would be to start sending out cold emails.
