Should I pay 400€ for 4 backgrounds?
I'm building https://www.quickpoll.me.
I wanted to wait with launch or soft launch till I got some better looking templates (the page designs on the graphic in the top right) from a designer and 1-2 other graphical things.
However he wants 400 bucks for essentially 4 backgrounds and it's gonna take 2 weeks. I don't think the price itself is super unreasonable.
My question is: Do you think I need designer-level templates to validate my product idea?
I feel like It's "minimum viable" enough. If no one is willing to pay for this with these templates, they probably won't pay for it with designer-level templates either.
What do you think?

You could just buy graphic assets on Envato or any other marketplace. There's no need to go the custom route for that and it's going to cost you max $10 to do so.
