Should I re-launch my product?
Last year I joined Gumroad's #14DayProduct challenge, and shipped an EBook "Zero to Developer". I was proud that I built and launched the product, but the launch fell flat. I feel I'm uniquely positioned to offer good advice in landing a job as a developer so I am considering adding more content and re-launching.
Right now, the book contains:
- what to learn / where to learn for free
- project ideas to build your portfolio
- LinkedIn / Resume tips
- Advice on nailing the interview
In order to provide more value I'm considering adding:
- Videos teaching Html, CSS, Javascript, Node
- Slide Presentation explaining how the internet works
- Video building each of the suggested products
Do you think this is worth the time investment?
If you purchased a "Zero to Developer" course, what would you want to be included?

Do you have proof that your process will work? There's a lot of content online claiming to go from zero to hero in X days, I think most don't have proof to back up their claims. Maybe you could work with some people who want to become developers and guide them with your book and see what their outcomes are.
Of the customers that have responded to my inquiry on their progress, largely it seems that they haven’t actually taken action on the advice / content given. Granted that’s a small number because the initial sales fell flat.
My hope is that I can build in public and hopefully answer questions from an audience so I work on the right things.
I like the idea of working with someone through the process, just need to find that person
