Should I shutdown this SaaS?

I was building this SaaS for over +4 years.
I launched it and got some traction at first.
There are over 2100 sign ups till. Of course most of them are bots.
I got only one customer paying, but he churned quickly.

Now, it's been over a year I didn't touch it, say like I just forget it was there.
No marketing, no cold emails (I suck at that...), no building new features, no blog posts...
All the traffic is coming from SEO.

So... What do you think about those metrics in the picture above?
Should I shut it down?
Should I sell it?
Any advice?

What % are not bots, of the users?

If your'e considering shutting it down, what about:

    A) making it so there is no free tier
    B) this + letting you know everyone on free will need to upgrade their accounts to paid

At least you'll either get money out of it (and motivation) OR know there wasn't sufficient value/demand for it?

25-30% are real users (with verified email addresses).

I'v done that already. I've removed the free tier and that increased the bounce rate without people willing to upgrade :(

Maybe should I try the other way around: Free with ads?

Thank you for your interaction :)

Hmm. I'm just some guy on the internet but I think you are right. IF existing people won't upgrade and you can't get new people to sign up... just move on from this SaaS and make another one.

Even if you could A/B test better positioning or a different market, for example, I'm guessing that is even less likely to succeed vs upgrading existing free users.

But you might disagree with my logic here.

          I appreciate your feedback!

You're probably right, I should explore a different market.
But marketing, it's not my strong point :'(

          Thanks again for the help!
